Riverside Ford of Tulsa. I experienced quick and professional service today with an issue with my Mustang going into deep sleep mode. Jacob and Cruze in the service department took care of me in a couple of hours and completed a recall.

Great experience! I had a few issues with my truck, but it was covered under my warranty. I took it in and was helped by Jeff Kipala. While my truck was getting worked on, Jeff was able to get me a loaner vehicle for the time being, which helped a ton! All the issues have been resolved with my truck, and Jeff gave me a call as soon as he got the results. He was very professional and respectful, If you have any issues with your vehicle, and they’re covered under warranty, go see Jeff he will take care of you!

Zarek Lundy was so helpful. We found the vehicle online and made the deal by phone. Drove to Tulsa to take possession and do the paperwork. The whole process was easy and everyone was so nice. 100% recommend.

Every one was friendly and your waiting area was comfortable. The only down side was having to see that ugly electric Fusion that Ford, in a HUGE lapse of judgment, slapped a pony symbol on and called a Mustang. Some designer and his supervisor ought to get fired for that! A dark day in the history of Ford.

I appreciate the customer service I received from Cruce and team! They exceeded my expectations! I had stopped at another dealership in Tulsa and was told it would be 6 weeks for an appointment in their "trim shop". Cruce got me right in, they determined the issue, ordered the parts, and had me on the road the next morning. Thanks again for the great service and Riverside will be the only Ford dealership I'll visit in Tulsa!

Very responsive when I had questions. They knew the vehicle’s features and helped me adapt from my previous Ford.

They gave us the best deal in town on my explorer. The explorer being one of several cars we were considering, and test drove that day. Couldn't beat the comfort of the Explorer or price we got at Riverside Ford.
