Great experience. Josh and Daniel assisted in our purchase. Riverside Ford of Tulsa has improved their culture. Sales manager was friendly and willing to help in anyway. We haven't utilized the service department yet but we certainly hope when we do the experience will be as good as the buying experience.

Riverside Ford of Tulsa is a joke. I put a deposit down on a truck and their sales manager still sold it out from under me. Completely unprofessional. They wasted my time, screwed over their own salesman, and clearly don’t care about doing honest business. If you’re thinking about buying from them, don’t. Go somewhere that actually respects their customers and honors a deal.

Easiest place I have ever bought a vehicle. Tyler was great and the transaction was smooth. Quick to answer any questions I had.
It was a pretty great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It did take a minute to find someone to help us but it wasn't to terribly long. All in all it was satisfying. We went back the next day and purchased the vehicle we test drove.
Summary: Good experience overall but poor communication and transparency. Details: Back in late March I purchased a used Ford Ranger from Riverside Ford of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Overall I had a decent experience with the dealership, albeit I have some complaints. My wife and I drove down from Missouri to see and purchase the truck and our sales rep, Daniel, was very friendly and helpful as were many of the other reps and managers. Unfortunately they didn’t disclose that the previous owner was a smoker. There was no visible damage but I found cigarette butts and the smell was obvious. ...

Excellent service as usual with the Quick Lane. My vehicle was picked up and dropped back off while I was out of town. I had all 4 tires replaced. My only complaint is that the vehicle should be returned in the same condition that it was received, clean. All four wheels had the white compound used to mount the tires on the rims all over them. How about grabbing a rag or towel and wiping the excess off? Thank you Harrison and Paige.

I contacted the dealership. Billy took all things I wanted in a new vehicle. He found it at a better price than I was thinking. He called me sent me pictures and a video. I set up an appointment. When I did my test drive and explained the vehicle in detail. He was a pleasure to do business with. The finance manager worked hard to get an interest I felt comfortable with. The length of time it took to purchase my new Maverick was quite reasonable.
