Riverside Ford of Tulsa has been the absolute best dealership I have ever step foot in. Everyone was nice, I felt welcomed soon as I stepped inside the showroom. Josh was great. JD Branch was great, brought the truck to my house as I have a broken foot, the truck was just what I wanted so I can back to the dealership and bought the truck, no hassle, a great price, much better than another dealer I was shopping at!I was in the auto business over 30 years in every position , even as a dealer, Mr Branch would be the kind of man that I would train into management, he had a great attitude, and very intelligent!

I scheduled an oil change and, since my vehicle was already going to be in, also requested that two recall issues be addressed. I was informed the vehicle would be ready the same day, so a loaner was not available (I did purchase current vehicle from the dealer). I dropped the car off at 8:00 AM and arranged transportation for pickup later that afternoon.

Josh was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to try to work with us and help us out. He kept us in the loop about everything that the finance people were dealing with. I love coming here. They are knowledgeable and customer service oriented. They take the time to answer all your questions and get your service setup. Matt was great checking on my car when we came to pick it up and explained what they did for the brake light and assured me they are there for us if we have any more issues. They don’t let me feel like I’m forgotten while waiting. I highly recommend this place for your service. The job they do is top notch.

Took my car in because it stopped on me in traffic. They were able to restore it back to working condition. They were very informative and explained everything to me in a very clear manner. Lee kept me informed throughout the day on the status of my car. The service was quick and all the reps were nice!
We travelled from about 4 hours away to look at a vehicle. Jay was very quick to respond to our questions and had everything ready when we got there. This review will not be a surprise to the dealership. I brought my concerns to their attention, and I guess they don’t care. The salesman ignored my texts, the sales manager told me a general manager would call me, which never happened. I guess they don’t care about my satisfaction. And, they know that I signed a document when I bought the car that said I couldn’t take legal action, so they know that my hands are somewhat tied.

I’ve had a mix of interactions with Riverside Ford Tulsa. First time going I wasn’t taken seriously about buying and they were very slow to work with. But Chris McClintic made up for it the next time with a pretty quick test drive and negotiation. Post negotiation, once we’d settled on a price was relatively quick and easy, all things considered.
Josh is one of the best salesmen I’ve ever dealt with He is very hard working and respectful. It’s hard to find young people that will work like he does these days.
